Ronald holds a Bachelor degree of computer science from Shantou University.

He has over 13 years experience in the IT industry. He is a Certified Scrum Practitioner, Certified Scrum Developer. He provides coaching & training services to agile teams.

Ronald is also one of the first 20 CSDs in China and one of the first ScrumAlliance approved instructors recognized to deliver programs that satisfy the agile engineering practices component of the CSD program.
