Mr Fu has over 9 years’ experiences on agile training, implementation and transformation. He is a certified PMP and have over 12 years’ project management experience. He is one of the earliest certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and SPC4 in China, having extensive experience of agile transformation on enterprise or program level. Fu guided teams to adopt agile mindset, continuously improve their process , efficiency and productivity. He also has rich experience on introducing and training with Rally tool.

He has over 16 years of professional software engineering experience, including extreme programming practices, TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

He is one of the key Chinese translators of the famous book by Dean Leffingwell, the creator of Scaled Agile Frame (SAFe), Agile Software Requirements: Lean Requirements Practices for Teams, Programs, and the Enterprise, 2011. The Chinese version was published in December 2014.

Since 2013, He led the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption for the Lincoln China IT program in Ford Motor Company, which is to introduce the world-class luxury vehicle brand Lincoln into mainland China. This program is the first program in Ford piloting SAFe. The program made itself highly visible in Ford global and achieved significant improvements. After about 3 releases, the program delivered several systems on production for the first business launch right on time for the Beijing Auto Show 2014.
