Jerry graduated from Zhejiang University and has more than fifteen years experience in software industry.

Jerry has ever worked at HUAWEI, ZTE, MySoft software Co., Ruijie networks Co., served as agile coach, EPG Leader, quality director, responsible for software development, project management, process improvement, agile transformation and other related work. He is not only experienced in agile, but also a senior expert in CMMI.

During working in Mysoft software Co (more than 1000 people) served as a Quality Director , Jerry led the organization level agile transformation, and helped Mysoft successful transition from the traditional waterfall model to the Internet development model based on agile .

Jerry has ever served as an Agile Coach to help Shanghai mobile and AsiaInfo Shanghai R&D Center transition. He has extensive practical experience in the overall agile transformation of large organizations.
