Eric has more than 20 years’ experience in software and system development in roles ranging from developer to executive. As an Agile coach and consultant, he has been leading enterprise agile transformations over 15 years. He actively works on helping large organizations adopt Scrum, Agile, Spotify Model and Scaled Agile.

He has participated in the development of more than 10 large-scale financial software projects and has more than 6 years of research and development experience in large-scale insurance core system products with more than 500 people. He has served as development engineer, architect, and R&D director.

He began to practice agile in 2006. He studied Agile with Dr. Jeff Sutherland, founder of Scrum, and Mike Cohn, chairman of ScrumAlliance. He is the pioneer and earliest practitioner of Scrum and agile in China, and the early Scrum, Agile evangelist in China, He founded ScrumCN, the world’s first Scrum Chinese website, in 2008. He has helped many large organizations such as China Mobile, Ruijie Network, China Merchants Bank, SAIC MOTOR, Simens Healthcare, ABB, GE, OTIS, Oracle, XiaoMi, Unilever, L’OReal, eBay, Ctrip, etc., succeed with Agile. He was invited to speak at Agile China Conference, Scrum Gathering, Agile tour, and SAFe day many times. He is the translator of Mike Cohn’s book Succeeding with Agile; he is also the co-author of the Agile Knowledge Book.
